Animal Categories
The categories page configures the animal categorization system in Vetilog. Categories allow grouping and filtering of animals.
Access: Veterinary Cabinet → Administration → Categories
Available parameters
| Description | Note |

| Show categories menu | Enables or hides the category navigation menu in the main interface. |
| Hide popup editing | Controls whether category editing is done in a popup or a dedicated page. |
| Animal category type | Internal numeric identifier for the category type in the database (value: 15). Do not modify. |
Manage categories
Animal categories are managed via Dolibarr's native Categories module. From this page, click the link to add/edit/delete categories.
Tip :
Categories are then available in the animal card (Category field) and in the animal list filters.
