General Configuration
The module configuration page is located at Veterinary Cabinet → Administration → Configuration. It groups general parameters, licence info, vaccination alerts, appointment emails and the web portal.

General Parameters

| Mandatory diagnosis on consultation | When enabled, the "Diagnosis" field is required when creating a consultation. Recommended for complete medical records. |
| Animal reference numbering mask | Defines the format of animal references. Variables: {yy} (year), {mm} (month), {00000@0} (counter). Example: PET{yy}{mm}-{00000@0} → PET2501-00001. |
Vetilog Licence
Le bloc Licence affiche les informations sur l'abonnement Vetilog actif de la clinique :

Vaccination alert configuration
Vetilog can send reminder emails before each scheduled vaccination. Configure here when and to whom these alerts are sent.

Note :
Vaccination email templates use Dolibarr's native system. Manage them via Administration → Email Templates.
Appointment email configuration

Create medication products
Automatically creates 30 veterinary medication products (MED-001 to MED-030) usable in prescriptions.
Initialize default vaccination plans
Creates missing vaccination items for existing plans (Puppy/Dog, Cat, Ferret, Rabbit). Use if plans are empty after installation.
Veterinary acts
Access native veterinary dictionaries to manage billable act types.
Tip :
Click Save after each change. Changes take effect immediately.
