Documents and Exams

Vetilog lets you attach files and complementary exams directly to animal records: attached files, biological analyses and medical imaging.

Attached Files

From the "Attached files" tab on the animal record, you can upload any type of document: scanned prescriptions, lab results, certificates, contracts.

  1. Open the animal record → "Attached files" tab
  2. Click "Add a file"
  3. Select the file from your computer
  4. Confirm — the file is immediately accessible

Biological Exams

The "Biologies" tab on the animal record groups laboratory analyses: blood tests, bacteriology, parasitology.

  1. Open the animal record → "Biologies" tab
  2. Click "New biology"
  3. Fill in: date, analysis type, laboratory, results and interpretation
  4. Attach the lab PDF file if available

Explorations / Imaging

The "Explorations" tab manages medical imaging exams: X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI.

  1. Open the animal record → "Explorations" tab
  2. Click "New exploration"
  3. Select the imaging type and enter the date
  4. Add a description and upload images or the report
