Vaccination Dashboard

The dashboard displays vaccinations to be performed, statistics and alerts.

• Vaccinations due (D-14, D-7, D-3)
• Vaccinations completed this month
• Statistics by species
• Alerts pending sending

Vaccination Plans

A vaccination plan automatically defines vaccines to administer by species and breed.

Create a Plan

1. Click on "New Plan"
2. Select the species (and optionally the breed)
3. Give the plan a name
4. Add vaccination items:
   • Vaccine type
   • Age of first administration
   • Booster interval (in days)

Apply a Plan

1. Open an animal record
2. "Vaccinations" tab
3. Click on "Apply a plan"
4. Select the appropriate plan
5. The vaccination schedule is automatically created

Record a Vaccination

1. Animal record → "Vaccinations" tab
2. Click on "Add vaccination"
3. Fill in:
   • Vaccine type
   • Administration date
   • Batch number (optional)
   • Veterinarian
   • Notes
4. Save

Automatic Alerts

Vetilog automatically sends email reminders to owners.

Vaccine-Product Association

For automatic billing, associate each vaccine type with an ERP product/service.

1. Access: CabinetVet → Vaccinations → Vaccine Products
2. Select the vaccine type
3. Associate the corresponding ERP product
4. The price will be automatically applied during billing
